Fabricating Facilities
Lannon Tank continues to reinvest in both facilities and manufacturing capabilities. Customers’ requirements to build larger and heavier fabrications have been met with new crane purchases, CNC Plasma table, new blasting/painting building, and additional manufacturing floor space.
Automatic Welding Machines
One Lincoln submerged-arc with 600 amp Lincoln power unit. Two automatic seam welding units with Lincoln 455 Power Wave power sources.

Circle Shear and Flanger
3/8” thick by 168” diameter Blue Valley. Provides the capability to build the largest possible tanks.

CNC Plasma Table
Hypertherm power unit, capable of cutting ¾” thick plate and Oxy-torch capable of cutting 6” thick plate.

Overhead Cranes
Two 20-ton cranes (new in 2007 and 2009). Two 10-ton cranes. Two 7-1/2 ton cranes. Two 5-ton cranes. Two 3-ton cranes.

Plate Rolls
Three separate plate rolls ensure the fight equipment for each manufacturing job: ½” thick by 120” wide round. ½” thick by 96” wide Bersch. ¼” by 78” wide Webb.

Plate Shear
¼” thick by 144” long Cincinnati Plate Shear.

Press Brake
150 ton by 144” bed Chicago Steelweld Press Brake.
Paint Booth
Graco 16 by 16 x 60’ booth, with 1,000,000 BTU heated air make-up unit.
